We discuss these questions with Dr. Sima Samar. Based on her insights from Afghanistan, she stresses the challenges in implementing the human right to water and the impact of weaponizing water. She shares her experience with community centered approaches fostering cooperation instead of conflict over scare water resources in this new Trend Observatory podcast episode.
